All products sold on this website are digital products (including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, guides, workbooks, courses and online resources).
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased and accessed.
Online Services & Events
All services provided are delivered online (including masterclasses, workshops, courses and community events).
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Payments for online services are non-refundable
• Missed sessions or non-attendance do not qualify for a refund
• Access details are provided in advance
Subscription Products
The Founder Letter is a monthly subscription product delivered by post.
Due to the nature of subscription-based services and recurring fulfilment, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments once a billing cycle has begun.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Order Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once completed.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, the sale is final.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time or letters already prepared or dispatched.
Please ensure you review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you experience an issue, including a technical issue or faulty digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can investigate and assist.
