What exactly will I receive?

A printed letter delivered by post once per month. Each letter contains reflections, insights and curated content designed to support mindset, wellbeing and business growth.

This is a physical letter via a recurring subscription, not a newsletter. The content changes every month and is intentionally written. It’s designed to be a slower, more meaningful experience.

When will I receive my first letter?

All letters are shipped during the second week of each month. For example, if you subscribe in January, you will receive your first mail package after the second week in February.

United Kingdom: You can expect your mail to arrive within 2–6 business days after shipping. Letters are sent via Royal Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

No, this is currently a UK only subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage my subscription" tab in the Shopify customer account menu.

You can update your delivery address or subscription details via you Shopify account.

If you are encountering any issues with cancelling your subscription, please contact me.

Do you offer any refund/returns?

Due to the nature of this service, all subscriptions payments are final and non-refundable. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
